I'm sure that unless you live under a rock, you know about the Netflix reboot of Full House, Fuller House.
I usually don't binge TV shows, but just watching the first episode gave me such nostalgia that I had to keep watching it. I think it took just one day to finish it.
Basically it's the same Full House plot: widowed parent has their best friend and family member help raise the kids and deal with their own problems as well. Now in this case, it's DJ who is widowed, who has her sister Stephanie and her best friend Kimmy help her out. All three girls go through parenting issues and then dating issues. Occasionally, an old Full House member will make a cameo, which made me love the episode even more.
I know this got a lot of negative reviews, mainly I just saw that the targeted audience was unclear (which I agree, although I feel as it's more aimed for the 90s kids), but it's picked up for another season, which I'm super excited about! My opinion is that it's the next generation for Full House and as long as they keep up with old characters making appearances, I'll be in nostalgic heaven!
Oh btw my favorite new character is definitely Max and I love all the shade toward the Olsen twins every once in a while.
What do you think of the show?
