Today is all about the color that goes all over my lid. The true color of choice of my eyeshadow if you will... If I'm feeling a gold/brown shadow, I use my MAC pigment in Seasonal Cool to apply all over the lid and blend out my crease in the process. If I'm feeling purple, I use my MAC eyeshadow in Beautiful Iris.
The Bad: I have absolutely no problems with Beautiful Iris, but the pigment is so intense with glitter that it's a major pain to work with it. Luckily, after having this for a few years, I know that less is best but it took tons of different methods to get along applying this. My current method is to use the pigment on the cap, if it's gone, I give the pigment a shake, and then I just tap my brush on the clear bit once or twice, and that's more than enough for color and minimum fall out.
The Good: I know I always say this, but it's sososo important for products to blend well and I think these both blend nicely. The pigmentation is also great!
Overall, it took trial and error, but I'm happy using both of these shadows!
